Friends, we need to have a serious conversation about what I call Megaphone Marketing.

You know what I’m referring to.

It’s the six figure blueprints and the “but my coach does it this way” methods and the gain 1 million followers instantly BS.

It’s false claims, promises that can’t be kept and overnight marketing programs that work for maybe 1% of the population.

It’s shouting from the rooftops and lots of “look at me!” messaging.

“Megaphone Marketing is a sleazy practice in use by phenomenal businesses in all industries because that’s the way it’s always been done. It’s also the reason why so many well-intentioned businesses fail.”

So what gives? Why do it if it doesn’t feel right to begin with?

I’ll tell you why: hope.

Hope that we’ll finally STAND OUT above our competitors. Hope that we’ll finally be HEARD and SEEN for our gifts and talents. Hope that we’ll MAKE IT big and find peace in our new financial success.

Thing is, Megaphone Marketing can’t do that for you. You know what can?

Sharing yourself – your STORY – authentically, ATTRACTING your ideal customers instead of INTERRUPTING them every time they log-in.

When you invite them to share in your narrative, they not only listen but engage. And what happens then? They EMBODY the values and world you’ve created with them.

And that, my friends, is where I measure a business’s true level of success.
